For Project Managers working in the U.S., we know that PMI's PMBOK serves as a framework for successfully managing projects. However, did you know that PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is an effective project management methodology used by thousands of project managers worldwide? This interactive session will provide an overview of PRINCE 2, how PRINCE2 compliments PMI's PMBOK, as well as ways to incorporate PRINCE2 concepts for increased project success.
The event will be held at Noblis – directions to the meeting can be found here - http://www.noblis.org/DirectionsToFairviewPark.htm
