About the Speakers
Manoj Vadakkan, PMP, CSM, CSP
Manoj Vadakkan has been working in the IT Industry for close to two
decades. He has been Managing Software Development projects of various
sizes for the last 10+ years and has been practicing Agile/Scrum
principles and practices for 5+ years. Manoj is passionate about
transitioning the world of work using Agile/Scrum principles and
practices.
He is a Certified Scrum Master & Certified Scrum Professional
(CSM, CSP) and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He
frequently speaks and writes about various aspects of Agile &
Scrum. His Industry experience includes Telecommunications, Insurance,
Media, and Federal Govt. Agencies. More information about Manoj can be

Devin Hedge, PMP
Devin Hedge brings almost two decades of experience working in the
IT Industry in his role as an Agile Adoption specialist. He has been
Managing Software Development, Enterprise Engineering and Program
Performance Management projects of various sizes for the last 10+ years
and has been practicing some form of the Agile/Scrum principles and
practices for the past 14 years. Most recently Devin has worked
bringing Agile practices and principles to the FBI, Immigration and
Customs Enforcement, Dept. of State, Securities and Exchange
Commission, and the US Postal Service.
Devin is an active member of the Project Management community,
mentoring professionals from the server room to the board room through
the Project Management Institute's (tm) Agile Community of Practice. He
can be found hanging out at various DC Metro Area Agile Community
functions. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and
former Army Officer. His industry experience includes Healthcare,
Telecommunications, Financial Services, Internet Startups, Media, and
